12:00 PM Setup for Flower arrangement workshop (ballroom)

1:00 PM AV Drop-off from Doug Kunnath

2:00 PM Flower Workshop (ballroom), join the flower team if you can!

4:00 PM Rehearsal with Annie for anyone who can make it, on the Green

4:00 PM Check-in (ask for early, it's not guaranteed)

5:45 PM Small Dinner at Ravens Den with Moms, Teigan, Bill, Brodie

Be sure to make your own dinner reservations, town is very busy. 

7:30 PM Drinks at Falcon Bar - Informal, no reservations; order as you wish. Patio seating is first come, first served.

 

SATURDAY MORNING

8:00 AM Arbor hanging & outdoor flower setup?

8:00 AM Vendor access (anytime, service door up ramp in back)

9:00 AM Table Layout (ballroom)

11:00 AM Brunch Copper Grouse (12 lady guests) maybe 13?

11:00 AM Weather call made (backup has Ceremony in Ballroom)

12:00 PM Move outdoor flowers to terrace/green +  last min stuff

1:00 PM Tara getting ready in yellow cottage near pool

1:30ish PM Bridal Party: find Tara and distract her from crying too much

2:00 PM First Look and Photos

2-3:00 PM Desserts Delivered by Steph (it's her birthday!)

3:30 PM Snacks & Hydrate!

4:00 PM AV setup/testing

4:15 PM Band Sound Setup

5:00 PM Cocktail Hour (Trillium Terrace)

6:00 PM Ballroom Doors Open (Trillium Ballroom)

6:10 PM Introduction as Mr + Mrs and Welcome

6:30 PM Salads Cleared

6:40ish PM Dinner Entrees Served

7:15 PM Toasts

7:30 PM Cake Cutting

7:50 PM First Dance

8:00 PM Dance Party!

10:00 PM Reception Ends

10:15 PM Snacks at Mulligans across the street
