FRIDAY EVENING

We’ll have a quick rehearsal with our officiant followed by a small family dinner. If you haven’t yet, be sure to make your own dinner reservations.

Gathering for drinks at the Falcon Bar at around 7:30 p.m. This will be an informal occasion at a no-reservations spot, where guests may order as they wish. The Falcon Bar has welcomed our visit, with patio seating but available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early if you would like a seat; otherwise, there is plenty of standing room.

 

SATURDAY MORNING/AFTERNOON

Tara will be busy most of the morning with flowers, brunch, and getting ready. You’ll spot us doing our first look and photos on property around 2:30ish.

5:00 PM Cocktail Hour with Passed Hors d’Oeuvres

6:00 Ballroom doors open for seating

6:10 Intro/Welcome

6:30 Salads Cleared

6:40 Dinner Entrees Served

7:20 Toasts

7:30 Cake Cutting

7:50 First Dance

8:00 Dance Party!

10:00 Reception Ends

10:15 Snacks at Mulligans across the street

SUNDAY

We’d love to give everyone parting hugs, but the morning will be a bit of a whirlwind. We need to clear the ballroom by noon and get someone back to Maryland for his first day of middle school! :) Enjoy Vermont, we love you!
